Norwegian Salmon with Mango Recipe

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into 12 thin slices, roll in flour and spices. Coat the both sides of the fish by flour and spices.
  2. Preheat grill for medium heat. Fry the fish on the grill. Lightly oil grill grate.
  3. Onion, leek, mango and chili lightly fried in a pan with oil.
  4. Add cooked rice and tomato juice. Cover and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place on plate and garnish with slices of fresh mango sauce and green onions.
  6. Cook sauce. Fry the onion, apple and curry in the oil until tender. Add fish stock and cream; simmer 10-15 minutes. Sauce strain, add the cornstarch, salt and pepper.
